How long do sugar cubes last?
Our sugar cubes are made with pure cane sugar and nothing else. Sugar has no real shelf life, meaning it can last just about forever. We do recommend that you store it in a dry location out of direct sun and enjoy it within 2 years of purchase. Store them like any sugar, keep in a dry location, DO NOT refrigerate.

When should I order for my event?
Check the processing time, personalized items take a bit longer to make. We recommend ordering at least one 1 months ahead of your event but longer is fine.

Tea - how long do they last?
We blend in small batches for to maintain freshness. Our teas are packaged in resealable stand up pouches, they can keep for at least 6 months if sealed properly after each use.

DemBones orders are always packed in black tissue paper with kraft paper shred and are perfect for gifting directly to your friends, family or coworkers. Just make sure to provide a gift message including your name so they know who sent it.

In addition offer traditional gift wrapping available for some items for an additional $5. Gift wrap features kraft box or wrapping paper and raffia ribbon and ships in a poly bag to decrease waste. If you need something specific please message me here on Etsy.

Etsy has requested that we feature FREE SHIPPING in our shops. As you may have guessed free shipping is not without a cost. We have been told to build it into the cost of our items. With the rising postage fees when you multiple items the shipping is sometimes doubled or tripled. In order to keep your cost down we have decided to remove all free shipping from our listings until things stabilize.

HIGH SHIPPING IN CHECK OUT: If you want to buy multiple items and shipping seems high contact us and we can set up a custom order with the correct size/weight for shipping.

"One Of A Kind" often we make multiples of an item especial ceramics. We use the same drawings, clay, glazes, beads or linoleum blocks to create them but they are never identical. If you wish to buy an item please look through the photos, it will give you an idea of some of the variation that occur.

USPS LATE SHIPMENTS :
Please allow 2 weeks for major holidays and winter storms. We do everything possible to ensure your ship fast with plenty of time. Once we ship the order we cannot control when it will be delivered.

Shopping is open 24/7 for your convenience. Studio Hours: Monday ~ Friday 9 am - 5 pm PST. We are closed Saturday, Sunday and U.S. Holidays. If you have any questions, please be sure to send us a message, we will respond as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours

We can not accept a return on food and personal items. Some items may be eligible for returns.

For all other items contact us, buyer is responsible for returning items in same condition they were shipped. A RA number and photos will be required prior to return. No shipping will be refunded.

At this time we are not offering international shipping due to constantly changing packaging and import regulations. As a small business we need time to sort through the regulations to legally sell and ship in many countries.

At this time we do not sell wholesale on the Etsy platform.

We can do orders both large and small. If you are looking for something totally unique just contact us. We like to have at least 30 days to complete orders. It may take more time the closer it is to the Halloween busy season.

DAMAGED ITEMS
We take special care to pack order so that they arrive safely. Damaged items are not eligible for a return. We will assist you getting a refund with the shipper. You must keep all packaging and photograph it and products.

MISSING ITEMS
We are NOT responsible for mis-directed packages, packages that have been marked delivered, or have been stolen. If this happens, please contact your local post office to see is they have been delivered to a different GPS coordinate. In the event of a stolen package, please notify your post office and file a police report.

WHY? While all of our ingredients meet or exceed federal standards, the law requires that goods sold in California, including herbs, must contain a warning label. This is the same one that is found posted in restaurants, hotels, grocery stores and other locations in California. The list of chemicals is extensive and many naturally occur in soil & water, in one case the Prop65 requirement is almost 1,000 times lower than the level the FDA deems safe. Out of caution, we add the warning on every order we ship to California.
