Our decals work best on smooth, semi-gloss or satin painted walls. They may not adhere well to flat/matte paint, paint-and-primer combos, VOC paints, or heavily textured surfaces. If you've recently painted your walls, please allow at least 3–4 weeks for the paint to fully cure before applying your decal — applying too soon can prevent it from sticking properly or cause damage when removed. If you're unsure, message us before ordering and we'll send you a FREE test decal — no charge, no hassle.

Refunds are not issued for decals that don't adhere due to wall type or paint finish, so please take advantage of our free test decal offer if you have any doubts!

First, make sure your wall is clean and dry. If it's still not sticking, try applying heat with a hair dryer while pressing firmly, or place a thin fabric over the decal and apply low heat with an iron. Many customers have had great success with these methods. If you're unsure about your wall type, please request a free test decal before ordering!

Absolutely! Just message us at checkout and we'll send a digital proof for your approval before we begin production.

We use high-quality matte finish vinyl that looks like it's painted right on your wall. It's easy to apply, easy to remove, and won't damage your paint when taken down, however I cannot be held responsible for any damage it may cause upon removal. Once you remove the decal, you cannot reuse it.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which typically arrives in 3–5 days after your order has been processed and shipped. Please keep in mind that delivery time does not include processing time. Orders include tracking and nearly all include FREE shipping. International buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply — please be aware of your country's customs policies before ordering. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

PROCESSING TIME
We work hard to get your order out quickly! Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Occasionally, as a small family-run shop, things come up and your order may take a day or two longer — but this is rare.

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Once we receive the return, we'll issue your refund promptly.


❌ CANCELLATIONS
Need to cancel? No problem — just contact us within 48 hours of placing your order and we'll take care of it. After 48 hours, your order may already be in production and we may not be able to cancel.

Each country handles customs differently, some countries will make you pay a customs fee in order to receive your package and some don't. Please be aware of how your country handles them before you place your order.

Refunds will not be given for packages that are returned because of unpaid customs fees. I am not responsible for paying extra fees when it comes to customs charges, this is your responsibility.

Be advised that if you liklve in the UK, you will more than likely be required to pay a customs fee before you can receive your package.
