♥ SAMPLES
Design samples are pre-printed and not customizable. Samples are provided so you can review paper quality, printing, and finishes before placing a full invitation order. Purchasing a sample does not reserve production dates.
♥ PRICING
Pricing shown reflects the invitation suite as listed and is based on the minimum quantity noted in the description. Design deposits are applied toward the final order total. Additional quantities, upgrades, shipping, and applicable tax are calculated separately.
♥ SHIPPING FOR SAMPLES
Shipping timelines vary by product and are listed in each product description. Production time does not include shipping transit time. Once shipped, delivery times are dependent on the carrier and destination. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Shipping for samples: Takes up to 4 business days for your sample to SHIP. Once shipped, if FIRST CLASS MAIL (regular postage) is chosen, it can take 7 to 10 business days to most US markets.
If your sample does not reach you within 10 business days from the shipping date, we will reship at no cost to you.
♥ SHIPPING FOR FULL ORDERS
On average, proofing takes 2–3 weeks, followed by 4–5 weeks for production.
Shipping time is additional.
Please plan your order accordingly and review timelines carefully before purchasing.
If proofing and production extend beyond 10 weeks after your deposit is placed, your shipping date will be adjusted accordingly.
♥ CUSTOMIZATION
Customization is available for full invitation orders only and begins after a design deposit is purchased. Digital proofs are provided prior to production. Production begins only after final proof approval and full payment are received.
