Adventuring in the World of Design.

When I first began this Etsy adventure, I didn't know what this little shop held in store for me. Approaching nearly three years of business for designtwentyfive, this shop has become so much more than I ever imagined. As of July 2016, I was able to make this my full-time job, and working from home has been amazing. Being able to be creative and design wedding invitation suites and paper goods, party invites, bachelorette party favors, bridal party gifts, and so much more... it is all such a joy! I love having the opportunity to share my work with so many people across the country and I especially love that so many people have enjoyed it too!

I graduated from the University of Portland in 2013 with degrees in Organizational Communication & Spanish. I have experience with marketing, advertising, and design, as well as social media marketing & public relations.

A LITTLE ABOUT MY PERSONAL LIFE: I was married on 9.19.15 to my best friend, David. On 2.12.17, we welcomed our sweet little boy to the family - Henry William is the light of my life and I'm loving being his mama! We also have two sweet (and crazy!) pups: Liberty the bloodhound, and Justice the Australian Shepherd.

We live on 30 acres outside good ole Medford, OR, and recently remodeled our home - oh, what a nightmare! (those who have done so know what I mean!!) I enjoy crafting, creating, decorating and baking. I love spending time with my family & friends, watching HGTV & DIY Network, spending time outdoors with my husband, and have a new found obsession with Scandal, and crime TV shows (...think CSI: Miami, Criminal Minds, Law & Order: SVU...)

Shipping
INVITATIONS & DIGITAL GOODS:
All invitation design proofs will be sent to you via Etsy convo. Once approved, your final files will be emailed to the email address attached to your Etsy account. No physical product will be shipped with your purchase. Any exceptions to this will be marked as such. Printing services are now available and those items will be shipped. Instant Downloads will be marked as such, and are available in the Purchases & Reviews tab after purchase is complete.

Turnaround time for invitation design proofs (and other design work) is 24-48 hours at this time. Business hours are M-F from 9am to 5pm PST. Any orders placed Friday afternoon to Sunday evening will have proofs sent Monday.

TOTE BAGS, KOOZIES, HATS & MORE...
Physical products such as tote bags, hats, party cups & koozies, etc, will ship within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted in listing. Shipping days are Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

INVITATION PRINTING SERVICES
Printed invitations take 5-7 business days for print after design is approved. Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and take 2-3 days to arrive once shipped. Tracking information is provided.

IN A HURRY?
- If you are in a time crunch to receive PRODUCTS from designtwentyfive, please contact me PRIOR to purchase to ensure delivery is a possibility. Rush fees may apply

SHIPPING:
All products ship via USPS First Class Mail (2-5 days) unless otherwise specified. You can upgrade to USPS Priority Mail (2-3) days at checkout. Once the item ships, you'll receive an Etsy notification with tracking info. All efforts are made on my end for a safe & speedy delivery but please note that I cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages; once they've left my hands they're unfortunately outside of my control.

ADDRESSES:
Due to the high volume of sales, all orders will be shipped to the address you put on your order. We will no longer change addresses at time of shipment. If you notice your address is incorrect, please simply email us and request a cancellation of your order. Then you may reorder with the correct address. I am not responsible for refunds or re-shipments of orders shipped to an address you entered incorrectly. Thank you for your understanding.

Refunds and Exchanges
No refunds or cancellations. We do offer exchanges if contacted within 5 business days of delivery.

Please carefully read ENTIRE listing description before purchasing an item. If you have any questions regarding an item description, big or small, please don't hesitate to ask prior to purchase! I want to ensure you know exactly what you're receiving :)

All sales for digital products are final, however due to the nature of digital products, I am happy to resend any file that may be corrupt or does not work for whatever reason. Please send any questions you may have about the product prior to making your purchase.

I strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns regarding a product, physical or digital, from designtwentyfive, please don't hesitate to contact me. All feedback is very valuable to me, as it helps me better my listings for future buyers. Absolutely no refunds are given on custom printed items.

Please note: Custom orders may take 3-5 days to complete, depending on the depth & detail of the project. Most orders are completed sooner than that.

SHOP HOURS:
My Etsy shop hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. I will occasionally work on the weekends or answer questions via Etsy message at my discretion. Any orders placed after 4pm (PST) on Friday will receive proofs by Monday.

Most product orders will ship out within 1-3 business days of order being placed! I want to make sure you receive your products as quickly as possible - because I know you're just as excited as I am to receive your happy mail! All processing & shipping times are listed within in product listing. If you have any questions or concerns please let me know!

Discount codes are not available/applicable to previous purchases.

When will my order ship?

Processing times are specific to each item in the shop, and are accessible in the Shipping/Policies tab on each item listing. Most items are ready to ship within 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS.

What is a business day? A business day is Monday through Friday. Processing time starts from NEXT business day after order is placed. (For example, if you order on Monday and it says 1-3 business days, your order will ship out between Tuesday - Thursday).

If I want designtwentyfive to print my invitations, how does that work?

Designtwentyfive now offers print services! For pricing, please send a message and include quantity needed and pieces you'd like printed (i.e. Invitation, RSVP card and details card).

How long do printing services take?
Printing services are currently a 5-7 business day turnaround. This time frame starts after design has been approved by buyer and printing services have been paid for. If you have any questions, please let us know. We are not able to offer rush printing at this time.
