Why am I being charged State Sales Tax ?
Sales tax is charged by Etsy, not by us. Many US states recently enacted laws that require online marketplaces like Etsy to collect sales tax on eligible purchases. Purchases that require Etsy to charge sales tax differ between states. Etsy is required to charge sales tax if the state you’re in mandates it, often no matter where the seller is located.

What are your return and refund policies?
Due to the nature of the product being digital downloads, all sales are final. No returns are accepted, and no refunds will be issued. If you have trouble with the download process, please let me know to resolve your issue immediately and sending you the files by other means. I want to ensure ultimate customer service.
How do I access the files after my purchase?
You will receive an email from Etsy with a link to your download. Alternatively, you can download from "Purchases & Reviews"
Once payment is processed by Etsy, the download will become automatically available at http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases
For the best download experience, we highly recommend using a desktop or laptop computer, rather than a mobile device. Download your files to your computer, edit to suite your needs.
