Hello There!
Hi! I’m Rebecca, or as my blog followers know me Diva di Cucina! It is so nice to meet you! Welcome to my little corner of the world wide web. I am so thrilled you stopped by!
I’m a graphic designer, hobbyist food blogger, and lover of wine, cooking, and crafts. I’m a wifey to my high school sweetheart who I met at the bus stop my freshman year and together we have an amazing son, Andrew, and a Frenchie named Bleu.
I was born and raised in small Northern California town and I moved about 2 hours away for College and have stayed put since. I currently reside outside of Sacramento and work as a Design Studio Manager at the local University. I am a perfectionist and a control freak who likes to follow rules and I hate it when I disappoint people. You can always find a “To Do” list on my desk. Sometimes I even write things down that I have already done, just to be able to check it off. The people who know me best would say I am passionate, determined, and that I love wine and bottomless mimosas. I don’t think anyone would ever describe me as shy. If I had an entire day to myself you could probably find me aimlessly wandering through Target, Michaels, or Rod Works. I love home décor and making things! I need coffee every day. Like NEED, as soon as my eyes are open. But it must be a good dark roast with a hearty splash of cream. I can’t stand cheap coffee. My favorite ice cream is mint chip and I insist on eating tacos every Tuesday.
I’ve had a blog (www.divadicucina.com) for about 10 years where I have been able to share my love for cooking and all things food with people from all over the world. While sheltering in place during the COVID pandemic I needed a creative outlet and discovered I could combine my passion for all things food and my passion for designing and making things and decided to launch my own line of custom kitchen products!
Everything is designed by me and either made by hand or produced by a local printer. Nothing in my shop is made on a Cricut. I believe in screen printing, not vinyl transfers. I work hard to only provide high quality products.
Well that is me in a nut shell.
I know the selection in my shop may seem small right now but with your support I hope to be able to grow my offerings with new additions every month.
