How is Silicone Molds shipped ( NEW)
For Silicone Molds, we offer the following shipping methods:
USA - We use USPS Standard with tracking but no insurance.
Canada - We use Letter Mail with no tracking or insurance.
Other countries - We use APC with tracking and insurance. Please keep an eye on your tracking number on Etsy in case pickup is available. If no pickup is made, the shipment will be disposed of by the local shipping company.
Please note that standard shipping is provided for an affordable shipping price but does not include insurance. To avoid any issues with damages, lost products, or items getting stuck in transit, we recommend that you order insurance or upgrade your shipping. If you qualify for free shipping, it will include insurance on the shipment.
Product Lost in transit or Damage? Or Wrong address?
Any Product Lost in transit is cover only under upgraded shipping ( shipping with insurance). Beaing a small business we are unable to cover any product lost in transit under standard shipping.
if standard shipping is ordered - you will have to file a claim with USPS ( we would not be able to refund and replace the product. This means for any issues, you'll need to get in touch directly USPS or Canada post
Please Note Shipments with " Delivered" Scan from carriers do not qualify for a loss claim and will not be covered by the insurance protection.
If the wrong address is provided - and the product is disposed of by postal service it will be the buyer's responsibility. If the product is returned to US there will be reshipping fees.

Our stencils are made from durable Mylar (PET) stencil material. This material is widely used for crafting and food decoration stencils.
These stencils are intended for **indirect food contact only**, such as dusting powdered sugar, cocoa, cinnamon, flour, or similar dry ingredients onto cookies, cakes, coffee, and other beverages.
Please note:
• Stencils are **not certified as food-grade by regulatory authorities**.
• Stencils should be used for **decoration purposes only** and not for cooking, baking, or prolonged direct contact with food.
• Do **not place stencils in ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, or expose them to high heat.**
• Wash gently with mild soap and water before first use and afte
Shipping Insurance Protection Terms and Conditions
Claims for loss can be filed:
*30 days - from last scan or tracking update for US and Canadian shipments.
*45 days - from the last scan or tracking update for international shipments.
***Shipments with " Delivered" Scan from carriers do not qualify for a loss claim and will not be covered by the protection.
*As an impact of COVID-19, all carriers are oftentimes applying contactless delivery. Parcels are being delivered at the front doors, porches, and mailboxes. If the parcel is marked delivered but not received, this does not fall under loss claim.
Approved claims will be given as a store credit. Processing may take up to 7 business days.
Laser Cut - Burn Marks/Smell
Burnt smell and slight burn marks are common with laser-cutproducts. This happens because the laser needs to melt through the material to create the design. The smell will fade over time, and any minor marks usually do not affect the stencil's performance.

If you own any of the designs, that we are selling unknowingly , please do let us know - we respect all the crafters and their creativity. Some of the products are outsourced via prodution partners- and we may not be aware about particular designs.

Shipping & Customs Policy
Due to new tariffs law in USA and stricter customs regulations, orders shipped across the U.S. border may experience little longer clearance times. While standard shipping usually takes 5–8 business days, please allow for possible delays of a few additional days while your package is processed by customs. Currently custom clearance is done in 1-2 days
Customs procedures and clearance times are beyond our control, and we kindly ask for your patience and understanding if your order takes a little longer than expected.
