Turnaround & Shipping Time
My turnaround time is the time I need to process your order before it ships. Since I make and personalize each item at the time of purchase, this does require a slight turnaround time. Shipping time is in addition to the turnaround time and any upgraded shipping is only an upgrade in delivery time AFTER the turnaround time is complete.
I'm sorry, but I cannot guarantee delivery dates. I can only guarantee ship by dates. Once the item is shipped, I do not have control on its delivery.
