They were very accommodating in terms of delivery date, answering questions, providing video/more photos and when we asked for more information on this hutch, gave us a bit of its history. Since this piece was huge, and heavy (400+lbs!) we did have to arrange for movers to meet the driver to get it into the house. The hutch is gorgeous and looks fabulous in its new home!
