Announcement    Welcome 2024! Sending out a big THANK YOU to all of my loyal customers and welcome to my shop to all who are seeing my creations for the first time!

QUILTING IS MY PASSION! I retired in 2016, and now spend most of my time in front of one sewing machine or another and spend many hours every evening hand sewing binding to quilts, wall hangings or table accessories, clipping and turning table toppers and the rest of the hand sewing that must be done to make what I sell.

Please know.....EVERY ITEM YOU SEE IN MY SHOP IS MADE BY ME, IN MY SOUTHWEST MICHIGAN HOME. I do not hire anyone to sew for me and I have never had anyone else quilt a single stitch for me. I do not own a long arm quilting machine therefore all quilted items are unique....no programmed stitching that looks like everyone else's!! My detail quilting creates a work of art that almost appears 3D.

As of July 30th, 2019, I am offering FREE SHIPPING on any order of $35.00 or more shipped to a single location in the continental United States. Also know that even though I ship anywhere in the world, I DO NOT offer free shipping to other countries, Hawaii or Alaska, so please contact me before purchasing if you live outside of the continental US.

I LOVE to take "custom" orders and will do my best to find the fabric that you request but please understand that sometimes the fabric is not available. All custom orders must be paid for within 3 business days of receiving the custom listing from me.

When making quilts of all sizes, I use high quality, 100% cotton fabrics and Hobbs Heirloom 80% cotton/20% polyester batting to ensure your purchase will be enjoyed for generations to come. On occasion, I will use a cotton blend for table toppers only.

When I make a quilt, I do not decide on what quilt stitches or pattern I'm going to quilt it with until I have the top finished and it is layered together with the batting and backing. I then treat each quilt as "individuals" and let the design "speak to me". I know that sounds silly, but this way, each of my quilts is different than the last with no programmed quilting involved as with long arm quilting.
