Like many of the other sellers on Etsy, I started my small business accidentally. My whole house was laid off or working from home due to COVID. My daughter was a senior in high school and was struggling being so secluded. My husband and I thought this would be the perfect time to get a new puppy! Something we all had been discussing for a long time. We rescued our little Niko in the spring of 2020.
While we were preparing for our special delivery, I found myself very unimpressed by the lack of colors and prints in collars. SO BORING! I found that I had a lot of extra time on my hands so I made my Niko some puppy collars! Little did I know at the time, I was not the only one who thought these collars were tons of fun.
Thank you for considering Dope Pup for your pets needs. There are a lot of choices out there and I appreciate you for supporting my small business. I do my best to create stylish and safe collars for our pets. I use only high quality supply’s and materials. I would not use them on my own pup if I thought they would be harmful. All of the stress points on your collar have been triple stitched and all ends are zigzagged to keep them flat. All of my webbing is heavy duty and high quality as are my nickel plated buckles, slides and D-rings. All of my plastic contoured buckles and slides are heavy duty, top quality brands. I try to find the best ribbons and fabric to make your collars fun and special. I do recommend that you treat your collars with a UV, water and stain protector. This will help keep your collar safe from the suns harmful rays, salt and pool water. Your own clothes would fade and break down too if you wore them everyday under these same conditions. I hope you love my collars as much as I do. Please check your collar frequently for fraying, wear and tear to keep your fur babies safe.

*Check our size chart for the right fit before you purchase. You should not use a collar that is to tight or to loose. I do take returns but you are responsible for the shipping cost. You must message me first within 24 hours of delivery with the reason for the return. It must be in perfect condition and not used. It must be shipped back to me within 48 hours of our messaging.
*Your pet should be supervised at all times when using our products.
*If your pup is a puller, please use a harness.
Dope Pup or myself are not responsible for any harm or damage that may result from use of our products . I believe they are safe or I would not used them myself for my own pets. It is your responsibility to check your item frequently for damage or fraying and replace when needed to keep your pup safe. It is the consumers responsibility to determine if our products are suitable for you and your pet.
SHIPPING:
I use USPS (United States Postal Service) so please make sure your address is correct. If you have a P.O. Box please make sure you do not put the street address.
Dope Pup is not responsible for lost items in the mail. I provide a tracking number when I ship your order. Once your your package is dropped at the post office, it is no longer in my control. If there is a problem, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do what I can to make it right.
