Why does my acrylic keychain look scratched upon arrival?
Not to worry! You will receive your acrylic keychain with a protective layer of film that is on top of the design. You should be able to peel this layer off to reveal your brand-spanking-new keychain! If there are any issues under that layer of film, message us and we'll sort some thing out :)
Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?
At the moment, we're not accepting returns unless you receive a damaged product. While we do inspect shipments, mistakes can happen, so feel free to get in touch! In the future, as we expand our product offerings, we'll revisit this one.
What if something I ordered wasn't delivered?
First off, stay calm. Deep, concentrated breaths and drink plenty of fluids. We’d love to help! You can contact us and we’ll look into it.
What sort of products do you intend on making?
We think about this a lot! Trying to remain humble since we’re amazed that we’ve gotten this far, but we’re currently churning out stickers and keychains over the internet. In person, the menu gets much larger (student loans, amirite?). What we can tell is that the plan is to expand our offerings beyond these initial projects. You can expect to see regular product updates so come back early and often. See something you’d like from us that we don’t currently sell online? Get in touch with us and we may just make it.
Why does the tracking number not work?
Etsy uses a third party service called Pitney Bowes to send out letters. Since I offer free shipping, orders can take up to 3+ weeks for delivery (sorry it's out of my control 🥺), you can upgrade to expedited shipping which will of course make it come faster.
