Thanks for stopping by! We're Lacey and Genevieve, best friends from Baltimore, Maryland. We grew up across the street from one another on Dunkirk Road and spent our summers planning birthday parties at the neighborhood pool, most notably the flamingo party of '95, complete with every flamingo-related favor and decoration Oriental Trading had to offer.

After getting our marketing degrees from the University of Maryland (go Terps!), we moved back to Charm City and entered the 9-5 world, both working in graphic design roles. But we still found ourselves daydreaming about event design and stationery. That really kicked into high gear after we both got engaged - as brides planning our own weddings and MOH's in each other's, we had trouble finding exactly what we wanted for wedding invitations, decor, bachelorette party favors, the list goes on... so we decided to make our own. And that's how Dunkirk Designs was born!

Our amazing family, friends, co-workers, & sorority sisters (shoutout to Kappa Delta!) let us continue our test run on their weddings and parties, and by fall 2015, we were ready to expand to a wider audience - all of you! In fall 2016, we both took the leap of quitting our day jobs and devoted ourselves to Dunkirk Designs full-time.

Since then, we've had the pleasure of working with thousands of wonderful clients from 50+ countries all over the world, collaborated with an array of amazing vendors, and been featured by Martha Stewart Weddings, Brit & Co., Aisle Society, Junebug Weddings, Wedding Chicks and Wedding Wire.
