We DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details:
Refunds / Returns / Cancellations - we make each item to order - we DO NOT accept returns OR Cancellations. Please ask all questions prior to your purchase. All sales are final. We are unable to cancel orders and issue refunds for purchases that have already been started for production or shipped. These are custom made shortly after the order is placed.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We do NOT replace the FREE chains if they break. These are included with pendant purchases free of charge.

Shipping policies:

SHIPPING TIME: *STARTS AFTER PRODUCT IS FINISHED*

All tracking numbers are sent by Etsy messages automatically when we ship.
Standard shipping takes 10-20 delivery working days ESTIMATED to US and CA ( CA sometimes can take longer)
Standard shipping takes 15-30 delivery working days ESTIMATED to Australia and New Zealand
Standard shipping takes 5-15 delivery working days ESTIMATED to Europe

We are not responsible for estimated delivery time and for your national postal service working. If you don't receive your package within 75 working days after sending I'll make a full refund or resend a package.

Damaged Orders - We hand-wrap each of our products and carefully prepare them for shipping. In the event that your product arrives damaged, please notify us immediately with a photo so we can replace damaged product or contact Your postal for compensation.

Order Not Received - Please refer to the USPS tracking number associated with your order to track your shipment. If your order shows that it has been delivered, please contact your local post office to file a complaint/open a case. In the event that your mail is missing and this is confirmed by the USPS (after a USPS case is opened) we will discuss options with you. Any mail problems must be addressed within 75 days of your order being placed.

Address Not Correct - We are NOT responsible for orders that have been placed with incorrect shipping information. PLEASE CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS is correct when checking out. WE DO CHARGE a re-shipping fee if the package comes back to us and we have to mail it to you again. We do not send out free of charge replacement items for wrong shipping addresses. We do not know if you have moved - please make sure your address is correct when placing the order.

If You need commercial invoice, please contact me no later than 2 weeks after the purchase, later commercial invoices won't be sent

-NOTE NUMBER 1: Dear buyers, because of horrific shipping prices rise, we are forced to make the shipping prices bigger, so in order to be able to offer You the best price for our products we can, we separated shipping options for small stock items. All small stock items will be shipped with no available tracking, but You'll be able to choose shipping with tracking option from the shipping list. We are really sorry for that, but there is nothing better we can do in this situation to be still able to offer You the best price. All custom items will be shipped with registered tracked shipping as always.
