“Paint for fucking paint” as an old professor told me. To this date the statement still holds true in my work. I paint simply for the sake of painting while capturing a moment full of color and expression. In the end I strive to achieve my goal that every inch of the painting needs to be interesting.

I'm a painter currently living in Portland OR. Between web design and painting I spend a good deal of my time working with the arts. I picked up oil painting again in 2014 and focused more technique to create an impasto style for my artwork.
