The design is vibrant and looks even better in person. It fits well and seems like it will hold up nicely after washing. Care instructions
Comfort Colors tees & Gilden sweatshirts: Always turn inside out before washing, especially if embroidered! Machine wash cold, ideally on a gentle cycle & with similar colors. Use mild detergents & avoid overloading or mixing with heavy items like jeans or towels that can cause abrasion. Air drying is ideal, or tumble drying on low heat. Dry iron or steam on low heat only & never iron directly on embroidery, if embroidered. Do not dry-clean.
I'd like more info about your returns/exchanges policies.
We know you’ll love your item, BUT…. as all of our items are made to order, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations. We replace lost or damaged items only. However, if there are any issues with your order, please message us and we will do our best to make it right. Please always review the size chart and triple-check your shipping address. Thanks for understanding that we’re a small shop with big dreams. We appreciate you!
I received a damaged item. What do I do?
Uh-oh! If your item arrives damaged, please message us within 7 days. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a picture of the issue. We’ll send you a brand-new item ASAP and tell the printer to stop slacking off.
My package never arrived. What do I do?
Don't panic, just let us know, and we’ll send out a replacement faster than you can say, “Where's my package?”
I accidentally used the wrong shipping address for my order. What do I do?
If your package ends up on a wild road trip to the wrong address because of a little typo, we’ll kindly ask you to cover the reshipment costs. Double-check that shipping address—your package wants to get to you, not your neighbor down the street.
How long will my product take to arrive?
Our items are custom-made on-demand at the time you place your order. This helps us minimize textile waste. Processing time from your order date takes approximately 2-6 days. Shipping in the US takes approximately 3-6 days. Expect to receive your order in about 5-12 days total, although it's usually on the lower end because our partners are awesome!
How are you eco-friendly or sustainable?
ecPrintWorks prioritizes sustainability and ethical partners. Here are some highlights from our production partner, Printful:
-Print-on-demand production: items made-to-order, reducing excess stock and textile waste.
-Eco-friendly packing: products packed in post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic, made from everyday items like used plastic bags and bottles.
-Inks are Oeko-Tex™ certified, vegan, water-based, and free of harmful chemicals.
-Embroidered products use 100% recycled polyester threads, also Oeko-Tex™ certified (safe for adults and children).
-Fair labor practices: partnered with Sedex to ensure an ethical supply chain.
