My name is Margarida and I run Ei! Kumpel. I'm a Portuguese girl that likes to make stuff and loves colour, smiles, buttons and New York. I'm currently living in the beautiful English countryside.
Shop policies
Ei! Kumpel is adorable, colourful and fun! The shop is full of handmade and original design crafts, such as brooches, plush dolls and others. Amongst the original creations are the Kumpel Dolls and the incredible Comma Universe (where Commas rule!). Each item was completely imagined and handmade by me.
All Ei! Kumpel's products are created in a pet free/smoke free environment.

Payment
You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal: You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Payments should be made within 3 days after you placed the order (Etsy's policies). If payment it's not done after 3 days the order will be cancelled.

Clientes Portugueses com contas bancárias Portuguesas podem pagar através de transferência bancária, basta escolherem "Other" como método de pagamento. De seguida receberão um email com toda a informação (incluindo NIB para transferência) e têm 3 dias para fazer a transferência (regras do Etsy), ao fim dos quais a encomenda será cancelada. Depois de fazer a transferência terá que me enviar o comprovativo.

If you would like tracking of your parcel please contact me, there is an additional fee of £4.95.
I often use recycled packaging! If this is a problem to you, please let me know and I will send your order in a brand new envelope. All ei!kumpel items are carefully packed and include gift wrapping (free of charge!). Ready for gift giving!
Insurance is optional. If you require insurance please contact me before payment. I will then send you a revised invoice from Paypal.
Buyers are responsible for any customs charges.

*Can I make a custom-made order?*
Sure! Ei!Kumpel loves to work with your ideas! Just contact me with all the details (shape, colour, size…). It will be promptly answered with a proposal that will include the price. If you like the proposal, the payment of 50% needs to be done before the product being done. The remaining 50% need to be paid before shipping.
