This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

INFORMATION I COLLECT:

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact me directly. Depending on the type of custom order you request, this may include names of family members, birthdays, or other information not typically available to me.

WHY I NEED YOUR INFORMATION AND HOW I USE IT:

Put plainly, I need your information to run my business smoothly. I use the above mentioned information to fulfill your order, package and send your order to the appropriate address, to settle disputes if they arise, and to provide excellent customer support to you.

I currently do not have a mailing list, but if one is eventually created in the future and you sign up for it to receive information about my shop, you have provided affirmative consent for me to contact you via the media agreed upon and you may revoke that permission at any time.

I may also use information you've provided me about the quality of my products or customer service to improve the way my shop runs. I use these as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, as long as those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and 2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE:

Information about my customers is important to my business. I will never share your personal information (name, e-mail address, postal address, or phone number, if provided) with any third party other than the United States Postal Service, which will have your name and postal address so they can deliver your package to you.

DATA RETENTION:

I use your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, the information you provided at checkout or via Etsy message will remain visible to me for as long as my shop remains active. I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements.

YOUR RIGHTS:

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:
