***If I have received the package back of these reasons, I will make the refund from all price from product , but the shipping cost is not refundable :
- not correct address
- you have receive the notice from your post office and you didn't go to collect the package.
- you didn't followed on-line tracking path of the package ( always is tracking information available direct in your Etsy account PURCHASE section)

Direct in your "Purchase" section on your Etsy account, you find tracing way- tracking number and keeping track of the package is up to the customer, not the seller !
We accept returns ONLY unpacked book , we refund only price for book, not postage, after receiving package back in perfect condition, well wrapped. ( we must postage pay our post office)***

If will be your package damage, please don't take it from post office or GLS, and let it send back directly from post office. -Refusal to accept the package from post office or GLS courier.-

For GLS sending: IMPORTANT if your package was sent via GLS courier. ( most EU countries- we always inform customer in message before sending package about this way for delivery)
GLS reserves the right to deliver the package to the parcel shop if the recipient is not present or for other reasons - safe delivery in a covid situation, etc.
This we can not influence, all depends only on GLS in your country. ( delivery to the parcel shop is not a reason to refund the postage)

Please, check progressing of tracking way direct in your order and if will be needed, call to GLS in your country for more info about delivery date and time.

The packaging materials in which we ship products are fully recyclable. Paper-cardboard box - in a container for paper and plastic foil in a container for plastics intended for recycling.

RETURNS:
If you receive package and you want return it, please:
Contact me within: 12 hours after delivery
Ship items back within: 2 day of delivery
I don't accept cancellations on other conditions
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned .
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

· Digital downloads
