I will gladly make custom orders! Most of my listings have a "request custom order" button if you'd like a similar item but want it personalized. I also do completely new custom items by request! If there's anything at all you are interested in that is similar to what's in my shop, I can most likely make it!

My most popular custom orders are custom patches. The price for each custom patch depends on size and complexity, but usually runs between $12-$25.

The size for each item is included in the listing description! A lot of items have the size in the title as well. If you have any additional sizing questions feel free to send me a message!

My patches all include iron-on backing unless requested otherwise. The steps for ironing the patch on are as follows:

Ironing instructions:
1. Peel off paper backing
2. Place adhesive side down on desired surface
3. Cover front with cloth
4. Iron on medium to high heat for approximately 1 minute
5. Check edges, if not totally stuck down repeat step four.

Do not machine wash! Patch may come off if exposed to turbulent water. If the article requires washing or will be exposed to heavy wear or bending, it is recommended that you sew on the patch instead.

Each plush in my shop is handmade with love! Please understand that these plushies are to be handled with care and are not suitable for rough play. Snuggles are perfectly fine though!

If your plush gets dirty, please only hand wash with a damp cloth. My plushies are not machine washable.

I do offer wholesale discounts on items if ordering 10 or more! The more you order of each item the bigger the discount will be. Please message me if you're interested in a wholesale order and I can set up a custom listing!

Unfortunately I generally do not accept returns or offer refunds except in special cases. Each item is made by hand and I'm simply not equipped to be able to offer refunds right and left.

If there is a problem with your item please contact me! In most cases I can offer a partial refund.

If you decide you no longer want your item but there is nothing wrong with the item I'm afraid I cannot accept returns or refunds.

If an item gets lost or damaged in the mail I am unfortunately not responsible for this since I always provide a tracking number, but you may still contact me and we can work something out!

If you think you will need to cancel a custom order please contact me right away! I can refund you the full amount only if I have not started the item. If I have began work on the item I can offer a partial refund if the item is not yet complete.

Unfortunately, some countries may add on customs fees to your package. This fee is completely out of my control and depends on your country. Please contact your local customs office for more information on the matter as I am unable to predict what the cost may be.

Unless you indicate otherwise, orders will be shipped to the address you have on file with Etsy. Please check it prior to submitting an order and upon checkout! Anything returned to me due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer, or simply a refund for the amount of the item. There will be no refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address. If the order was marked as delivered at the wrong address or lost in the mail, there will unfortunately be no refund provided.
