The personalized crown was just what I wanted. It was a little confusing on the shipping because the listing stated it would arrive after my event but I messaged the seller and was told it would arrive in time, and it did, with 2 days to spare! It made a great backdrop for the photo wall at my daughter’s baby shower.

What is your 2021 Shipping Policy?

PROCESSING TIMES:
Our shop does NOT follow Etsy estimated delivery dates. Processing times depend on when event date is and the amount of orders we have for that event date.
We ship by EVENT DATE so that we are able to prioritize orders by date. Even if you order weeks in advance, we still prioritize orders due sooner.

TURNAROUND TIME:
We ship with 2-3 day USPS priority mail. Some delays can take up to 2 weeks since covid, so we are working hard to ship with time in advance.

International: Duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees

The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

Care instructions

Always keep the cutouts laying flat and with weight on top for minimal bowing, do not get wet and store in room temperature.

Do you provide stands?

Free foam board stands will be included with your purchase of a stand up character.
Backdrop cutouts meant for hanging will not include stands unless buyer requested.

What are these cutouts made of?

They are hand painted on thick sturdy foam board.

My order arrived damaged, what now?

On the rare occasion that your order arrives damaged due to USPS shipping & mishandling, Please message me and we will reach an agreement on claims & refunds.

What do I do if my order was returned to sender?

If an item is returned to me due to an incorrect address, buyer must pay for additional shipping to have it reshipped to the correct address.

The Importance of Event Dates

We prioritize orders by event dates so that everyone receives their order before their events. We cannot guarantee arrival before your event if we do not know your event date. Please write your event date on the personalization area when ordering.
