Custom and personalized orders
How to place a custom order?
During checkout, please leave a note saying what you would like to have engraved and in which font.
You can find the list of our standard fonts in the photo of every customizable item in our shop.
We will be getting back to you with a draft and work with you on design. Once you confirm the final proof, we will proceed with engraving.
Wholesale availability
If you need a larger quantity of goods, please send me a message or contact me via info@engrave.lt
Gift wrapping and packaging
There is a thoughtful packaging solution for each product. We often use cardboard and cardboard boxes for packaging. If you want a more elegant gift option, please choose gift wrapping. We use gift paper and decorative ribbon for gift wrapping.

We use standard shipping with tracking number to all countries.
Europe (5 - 10 Days)
USA (10 - 15 Days)
Rest of the International (10 - 20 Days)
Unclaimed parcels returned
If an unclaimed package is returned, we can send it again for an additional shipping fee, or refund the money for the item (after deducting the shipping costs).
Lost or damaged item
If the shipment is significantly delayed or you received a defective product, write to us. We will take full responsibility.
