Do you offer expedited shipping?

We are happy to rush ship any of our items to you, however, we do not guarantee delivery dates. With USPS, "estimated" delivery dates are just that; "estimated." We do not refund the cost of expediting shipping.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All of our items are individually wrapped and are placed in a bubble wrapped sleeve before mailing it out in a bubble mailer.

At this time, our sunglasses do not come with a case.

Can I customize the sunglasses?

Yes, absolutely! Please reach out to us and we'll do everything we can to make your vision come to life.

Is there a warranty on these sunglasses?

No, unfortunately we are unable to offer any type of warranty on these. As a parent, I know how hard my own kiddos can be on things, especially sunglasses. Because of that and being a small shop, we cannot assume any responsibility for items once they are delivered.

My item shows "Delivered" but I don't have it. What do I do?

Typically if something shows as "Delivered" on the USPS website but you don't see it, it'll show up within 1-5 days. However, if it does not show up and is in a "Delivered" status, we cannot refund or offer a replacement, as tracking serves as proof of delivery. In addition, we cannot investigate or be held responsible for after-delivery theft. If you have experienced delivery issues in the past, we recommend requesting shipping insurance when ordering online, and filing a mail theft report to your local postal inspector (information can be found online).
