Where's the rest of my order?
Many items ship directly from our printing partner and will arrive in a separate package. If it ships from our printer, it's mentioned in the listing description.
My order was marked as delivered but I didn't receive it, now what?
When this happens, my advice is to call your local post office and provide them with the tracking number. When a package is delivered it's scanned and geotagged with an exact GPS location. If the package was misdelivered, a carrier will attempt to retrieve and redeliver the parcel. Based on my experience, packages will get marked as delivered and show up a couple of days later.
Can you include a gift message?
I have disabled the gift message feature in my shop because a lot of items ship directly from our printer and unfortunately, they don't include them.
My item looks slightly different than the photo, why?
Colors in the photo may slightly vary depending on your device's settings. If the placement of the design does not match the photo, it may be a flaw in the printing process with our printing partner. Please send me a message with an attached photo and if the print quality isn't up to our standards, we'll get a replacement in the works immediately.
Holiday Shipping
In order to have the best possible chance of receiving your goods on time for Christmas, please place your order by December 7th. Its possible orders placed after that date will still arrive by Christmas, but due to the increase in online holiday shoppers and the continued delays within the postal system, it unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.
Care instructions
Wine glasses - gentle hand wash, do not soak/scrub, air dry, not dishwasher safe, not microwave safe
Mugs - dishwasher safe, microwave safe
Flasks - gentle hand wash
Straws - hand wash, cleaning brush included
Pizza cutters - hand wash
Apparel - machine wash cold, inside out on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and like colors, for best results hang dry otherwise tumble dry on low
Sleep masks - gently hand wash the inside panel, carefully spot clean the outside panel around design, air dry
Ornaments - store them safely to prevent scratching

Please send me a message with a photo of the damaged product and I will get a replacement out immediately.
