What is you NO RETURN policy on personalized/customized Items?
Due to different computer and monitor settings, we are not able to guarantee that the colors of actual items you see on our listing will be identical to what you see on your device. We do our best to photograph our items in different lighting, daylight, cool and warm light. If you are particular about color schemes, color matching to your decor etc., please note that PERSONALIZED items are NOT returnable. You can always order a BLANK, non personalized item first as such item is returnable - you just pay for the shipping back and forth.
If we make a mistake personalizing your item or the item is defective, or arrived broken, It is 100% guaranteed - we will remake reship free of charge without your having to return it.
How soon will my order be shipped?
We make sure to ship custom orders as quickly as possible. Most of our items are custom made and shipped within 2-5 business days, but some items can take little longer to complete. If you have specific deadline by which you need to receive your order, please contact us to assure we can meet your expectations.
Can I get my order made and shipped faster?
Yes but only for shipping destinations within U.S.A. We offer shipping upgrades for faster shipping methods. if you order faster shipping: Priority Mail (2-4 business days transit time) Fedex 3Day Air ( 3 business days transit time) Fedex 2Day Air ( 2 business days transit time) Fedex Next Day Air (Guaranteed 1 business day transit time) then we can shorten our production time to 2 business days and get the items to you on tight deadline. So if you need the item for a Saturday event and order your item on Monday with Fedex 2 day air, we will have it finished and shipped on Wednesday to deliver on Friday. Please note Fedex does not deliver on weekends and holidays. When you purchase faster shipping, PLEASE contact us with your deadline.
Do you combine shipping costs on several items?
Yes we do. To get an accurate shipping costs, load all your items into Etsy shopping cart when you are logged in to Etsy, then on the checkout screen you will see the accurate combined shipping cost for all items from our shop based on the shipping address you have on your account. You can always delete or add items from your cart to see the shipping cost variations.
I want to place a large order. Do you provide any discounts?
Some items, such as our engraved wedding party glassware, are already discounted. The more you buy, the cheaper per item they are. Those bulk buy items have a pull down menu by Add to Cart button which let's you dial in discounted price for the quantity you are purchasing.
For other items we often offer discount codes on orders over $75, so if you are planning to make a purchase of $75 or more for items not having discounts built in, contact us and we will be happy to send you a coupon code when available. You can combine several items from our shop.
Do you ship to other countries besides USA - How much is International Shipping ?
We offer international shipping on lighter items that are not bulky.

International shipping is Expensive and then you might still be charged by your Country for Customs Duties and VAT or other Taxes. We have no way of knowing how much those duties and taxes will be and such are NOT INCLUDED in the shipping charges. So please be sure to check with your customs. The default cheapest shipping option is for FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL which takes 20 to 45 days on average in transit. If you have time sensitive shipment, we offer FASTER AND MORE EXPENSIVE shipping methods on the checkout screen.
