Frequently asked questions
When will I get my order?
It takes 2-6 days on average to fulfill your order, which is made-to-order just for you. Shipping & handling typically takes 2-5 days. Both of these timelines increase during the month of December due to the holidays.
Will all my items ship together?
If your order has multiple items, they may be shipped seperately and arrive in different boxes on different dates. Each package will have its own tracking number.
I'm sending it as a gift. Can you write a gift message?
Because we don't produce and print the items ourselves, unfortunately we can't include the gift message on the packing slip. We're working closely with our print providers to make this a reality in the future but as of now, we can't include gift messages.
I'm unhappy with the item. Can you do a reprint / refund?
If you've received a faulty item (wrong print, wrong size), shoot me a message within 7 business days of receiving the item and I will work with you to get the issue taken care of!
Where is my item made and where will my order ship from?
All of our woven products are woven right here in the USA, and ship from the USA! Our knit sweaters and plush blankets are blank products sourced from China and printed and shipped here in the USA.
Is the item woven or printed?
Our woven items - pillows, blankets, tote bags - are WOVEN. And woven to order to boot! Our partner, Printify, has print in the name but they are NOT printed.
