Katana Leigh is an gifted, skilled artist who has won the respect of her peers and mentors with her dedication to creating art. Her bright, artistic nature is inspired by nature, whether it is the night skies in the desert skies outside San Diego, the lakes and trees near Seattle, or the roses on a friend's patio. A professional artist, she is able to create art for any need, for Guided Meditations, Montessori Curriculum, and Portraits of loved family members, including pets.
She performs as an artist four nights a week with Paint Nite Seattle, teaching hundreds how to paint their own beautiful artworks.
Her process is spontaneous, with high quality results stemming from years of practice and training at Emily Carr University in Vancouver BC. Treasured in homes from California, to British Columbia, New Zealand to Manitoba, on home altars and office walls, her work inspires and uplifts collectors like you.
She taught preschool art classes at International Montessori Academy in Bellevue Wa, and has taught classes at the Green Apple Art Center in Vancouver BC, helping young artists create portfolio for post-secondary school applications.
