Welcome to my feather world! I make all my jewelry myself at home. I have been crafting for over 10.

Each feather and piece of jewelry is unique and individual in nature, the photos are for reference, but there may be slight variations in the various items.

Payment
Payment is required at time of checkout. I only accept paypal. If we are creating a custom order or if we discussed additional postage fee's, I will not ship the item to you until payment is confirmed.
Shipping
I try to ship everything out within 24-32 hours. Paypal will send you a message saying that the item has shipped and it will give you your tracking number. I mail everything $50 and under first class parcel, unless a faster shipping method is requested. Orders over $50 are shipped Priority Mail. Most shipping costs include an additional $1-2 over the postage fee which is the packaging materials and handling cost. I send all parcels off with delivery confirmation.

First class mail is meant to take 3-5 days and Priority takes 2-3 days, as with all postal time frames, these are subject to conditions outside of my control. **Falling Feathers is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged or delayed in transit.** If the tracking on a package says that the item has been delivered to its destination, but you have not received it, unfortunately that is out of my control and I cannot refund the item. With that said, each case is different depending on the nature and cost of the item, so please message me and keep me informed with the situation of your package and we can see what arrangement we can make. If you would like me to insure the package please let me know in the note to seller on your purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
I've never had to return or exchange an item before, so message me with any questions regarding this. I want you to be happy with your purchase.
Additional policies and FAQs
I do not include any receipts or invoices in the package, I can print yours out and include it in purchase if you would like me to. Each item comes gift wrapped, I will gladly include a note for someone if it is a gift.

I reuse and recycle packing materials wherever I can.
