❓Which initial goes first the male or the female?
99% of my orders have the male initial requested to be first. But it is completely up to you!

❓Can I change the font color?
Yes, I can do basic colors. Tell me in the Check out notes along with your personalized info. If I can not do it, I will let you know. I cannot color match.

Message me the correct address and I will add it to your order. You will still get an automated email from Etsy that has the first address you entered. I will manually change the address, but the address in the automated email will not change. Please do not panic.

Pillows are tied with a ribbon into a bow, note cards: PLEASE TYPE WHO IT IS FROM IN THE NOTE CARD BOX.
Once the item leaves my hands, I unfortunately have no control over the postal system. I do provide tracking. Items lost in the mail do happen. If an item does come up missing, yet the tracking says it was DELIVERED, refunds will not be given. If it never shows as delivered a refund or replacement will be given per shop owner discretion.

My turn around time is 3-5 business days. Unless otherwise noted during check out. PROOFS: I can create proofs after purchase when needed. An example of when one might be needed is if there is a custom aspect to the design beyond changing the names. If you need a proof let me know and I will send it via Etsy convo after purchase. If you request a proof, please check back to see that it is done. Proofs are send via Etsy Convo system. Creating proofs slows down your turn around time. Turn around time will restart once the proof is approved. It is my policy to only create proofs only after purchase, max 3.

All pillow covers are dry clean to maintain structure and vibrant color. You may also spot clean with mild detergent and air dry . The inserts may be laundered normally.

These are décor pillows. They are not meant to be used as sleeping pillows. They are decorative throw pillows that should be treated as a décor item.

Poly-fil vs Faux down option -
The insert choices are both made of a polyester fiber, poly-fil is the fluffy cloud looking stuffing that many people are familiar with. The Faux down insert is also made with a polyester fiber. However, it is made and cut differently. If you were to cut it open and see and feel it, it looks like fur. It is denser and softer. It mimics real feathers without the pokey parts.

If I make a mistake, such as a misspelling, I will gladly replace your cover at no cost to you. However, I need to know something is wrong to fix it. Please let me know via Etsy convo if there is a problem. Let me SHOW you that I stand behind my products. Please don't let the first time I hear about a problem be when I read your review.

If the error is due to the customer misspelling, incorrect date given, information left off, ordered incorrectly contact me, I will try my best to work with you.

If it is the postal services fault, I will file a claim with the USPS 7 days after expected arrival and refund accordingly after they research the package and make a determination of the items whereabouts.

I take great care to make sure your item is just as described and is what you ordered.
