Lost packages during shipment
Lost packages are unusual. In case it occurs I do not responsible to reimburse shipping cost and lost item. If customer would like to get shipping insurance, he/she must contact me prior the purchasing so I could include into shipping cost.
Returns and exchanges
I do my best to provide the complete information about my listings using full descriptions of all items, taking clear photos to display the colors as accurate as possible. However the colors may vary on different screens and all items are handmade which makes all measurement approximate.
Returns are available only if customer not satisfied with the workmanship. For issuing return label I must be contacted within 24 hours after completed delivery. Then item must be sent back to me by trackable shipping method within 3 days at buyer's expenses. The item has to be returned in it's original unused condition only. As soon I have item received and inspect it, I issue a refund excluding shipping cost.

I always try to respond to all questions on ASAP basis and deal with any situation if customer not completely happy with any orders. Please, contact me immediately so I can make everything right.
