If the consignment against expectations is broken during shipment, it is important that it is the receiver who contacts his local post office and make a complaint. It is important that the recipient retains the packaging as intact as possible, so the post office can evaluate it in terms of insurance.

Feux can not complain to the postal service, but will be able to help provide the information needed by the recipients post service.
Feux do not give money back on damaged shipments, but will assist the recipient as far as possible to get compensation for the product.
All items from Feux is sent insured.
If you are unsure about that the post office has the same policy as DHL, please consult with them before ordering.
Feel free to ask about shipping time, I will provide a time out from the experience of other items.
