I had to reorder ornament because my original one broke it meant so much to me, it was our fur child. When I had placed my order I did it at the end of December and received it 4 weeks later almost. That was a long time to wait. I know with the holidays it can be overwhelming with orders and mailing time so I took that in consideration. I did message owner letting them know that I did not receive my package when expected, they did reach out with some additional questions of their own. It was amazing to see they did respond each time and was not rude. We did get our package loved the product!!!
