Firefly Fiber Studio is a small-batch crochet and fiber studio dedicated to refined, thoughtfully constructed handmade pieces.
Every design is created and crafted by hand, with an emphasis on balanced proportions, clean finishing, and enduring quality. Each stitch is placed deliberately, allowing the final piece to feel cohesive, substantial, and carefully made.
This is slow craft by design — not mass-produced, not rushed.

I approach fiber work with deep attention to materials, structure, and finishing. From the initial shaping to the final details, each piece is created gradually and with intention.
Materials are selected for both softness and durability, resulting in work that feels warm, sturdy, and meant to last.

Firefly Fiber Studio is built around the belief that handmade objects can bring softness and calm into everyday spaces, and that things created slowly often carry the most meaning.
About the Maker
I’m Amanda, the designer and maker behind Firefly Fiber Studio.
I began crocheting in 2024 after deciding to try something completely new. What started as a beginner project with a Woobles kit quickly became something much larger. I was captivated by the transformation — how a single strand of yarn, worked slowly and deliberately, could become something tangible and expressive. It still feels a little like a magic trick every time.
I’m largely self-taught, learning through beginner kits and building from there — refining technique, strengthening construction, and developing my own approach to finishing and design.
I’m especially particular about the details: even stitching, balanced shaping, durable construction, and clean finishing. Each piece is made not only to feel soft, but to feel lasting.
Much of this work is created live, stitch by stitch, before eventually finding its way here.
