I take care to pack each item so that it arrives to you in perfect condition. Pottery is fragile by nature, and occasionally a piece may be damaged in transit. If a breakage occurs, please contact me and provide photos of the damage as soon as possible. Claims received more than 7 days passed the delivery date may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
