Lost and Found . . .
Painting at an easel in the open garage of my art teacher's home was the first time I felt it. That lost and found feeling one gets when they love what they are doing. Ever since, I've been chasing that state of being. Always exploring, testing and trying, I am lucky to have found many paths to that place.
The path that led to this Etsy shop was paved with many years as a graphic designer, artist and illustrator. I opened this shop many years ago but never knew exactly what I wanted to create for it. I just knew I needed to be here in some way. Finally, I think I've figured it out and it will be my muse—where I can create whatever I want and offer it up that very day. I can listen to what you are looking for and create a design that is uniquely me and uniquely you at the same time. This is all something I never could have imagined back in those early years in that art teacher's garage studio.
My own studio was converted from our dining room. (I'm lucky that our table fits in the living room quite nicely!) That's where you'll find me most days at the computer or at my painting table. I love listening to a podcast or music while I work. Always learning anything I can. My kids inspire me too. They are the most creative people I've ever known!
Another creative outlet is an Etsy shop where I sell vintage treasures! (something else that informs my work!) I hope you'll take a look there too!

I can't stop buying those thrifty little things that I find at a great deal. So, when I can't find anywhere to put the little treasures I've found along the way—you'll be sure to find them in my vintage shop!
Find out more about my work! There is so much more than what you see here! On my website you'll find pattern design, illustration, paintings and more. I am available for licensing, commissions, or graphic design work.
