This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through etsy.com. This applies to FluffLane only and not the third-party payment providers who manage card processing facilities.

I receive, collect and store any information you provide. In addition, I collect your e-mail address and purchase history with my Etsy store. We also collect personally identifiable information including your name, communications, comments, feedback, and product reviews.
Why I collect information:
I collect such non-personal and personal information for the following purposes:

- To provide our users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
- To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred non-personal Information, which I may use to provide and improve my services;

How I collect information:
When you conduct a transaction on the Etsy.com website, as part of the process, I collect any personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.
How I store, use, share and disclose information:
Etsy provides me with an online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Etsy’s data storage, databases, and general Etsy applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
How we communicate:
I may contact you to notify you regarding your transactions, to troubleshoot problems with your transactions, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes, I may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
