since we work fast, you must contact us within 24 hrs to give you time to think about it. We often work fast so, your order may be in the processing stages after THE 24 hrs.

Color change is always welcome Since everyone's events colors may be different from my items. Simply convo before the purchase so make sure the color is available.

If your items are personalized with names, color, themes. You must check back with us daily incase we have a question about your colors etc. This is very important as this could cause a major holdup. We do not use email. You will need communicate on etsy only.

We strive to get orders out as quickly as possible. We do ask for 5-7 business days which can be a total of 10 before they are shipped.( props and signs) and may arrive near the 15th day of purchase
3-5 days for banners to ship and should be in hand by the 10th day of purchase.

We do not know an exact day so, be prepared to wait up to 10 days before they ship. Things happen along the way so, adding a cushion of days is essential . We just never know.

We do not refund do to the fact that every item we create is always ( MADE AFTER ORDERING). Time and supplies have been invested.

It is up to the customer to check out the shipping time frames within the descriptions and decide it this fits your schedule( before you purchase). We cannot assume your event is near. We just know we have 5-7 business days before shipped and another 3-4 days arrive in which 95% of the time, they are shipped within 4-5 days so, we assume we are early. We always ship with time to spare.

refunds are only issued WITHIN 24 hours from the time of purchase. Purchase at 4pm- refund next day 4 pm.

After 24 hrs which is 4:01pm, will be granted a store credit minus 10% plus 50 cents relist and sold fee. You item will be in the process stages by then and time and cutting supplies may have been already invested.

You will need to contact us a quickly as possible through convo. The name confetti usually are made within 1 day so time is of the essence. Any big name signs or banners, you will need to let us know within 24 hrs.

You order will need to be refunded so that we can get the correct address on the ship labels through etsy. We don't manually write or type addresses in as we may no be covered and have proof of where the package went. You will need to reorder with new address. ( see refund qustions)
