Bespoke Orders
Our approach to our craft allows us to utilize the best of British furniture making. We are proud to be makers, and are incredibly excited to work with you on your dream project.
For Shelving:
Depth - For changes of depth, we will need to know if you require brackets or not. Please contact us before placing your order.
Length - If you require a bespoke length, you may order the closest size option online and specify your bespoke requirements in the personalisation box. Alternatively, you may contact us directly. We can manufacture our shelves up to 245cm.
Thickness of Timber - We are restricted to the thicknesses on our listings.

Do you offer finish samples?
The sample colour chart on our listings is the best guide of our finishes.
We do sell sample packs of all six finishes we offer for £10.00, please reach out if you would like to purchase one before placing an order.
If you are looking to match your order to existing furniture you own, please feel free to send an image to us and we can advise you!
Do your pieces arrive assembled?
Shelving - You will need to install your own brackets to your shelf. Our shelves do not arrive predrilled so that you can position your brackets where you need on your wall.
UK/EU:
Most furniture will come fully assembled. Furniture with hairpin legs or castor wheels will have the legs unattached but predrilled for safe delivery. The Tove Console Table, The Tove Shoe Bench and The Ladder will be delivered flat pack and assembly instructions will be provided.
US/CANADA:
Furniture will arrive flat pack, unless under the dimensions allowed by the courier. Flat pack furniture will also come with assembly instructions. If you have any questions please let us know.
Do you sell your brackets separately?
Yes! If you require more brackets for your order, please reach out through a message!
International Orders Outside of the UK - How large can your order be?
USA/Canada - We are limited via the courier for parcel dimensions, if your order exceeds the allowed dimensions for transport, we may have to cancel your order.
EU - We are limited via the courier for parcel dimensions, if your order exceeds the allowed dimensions for transport, we may have to cancel your order.
How much is Shipping?
We offer Free Mainland UK shipping.
Outside Mainland UK (in UK) - There may be additional shipping costs depending on the size of your order; we will contact you about before sending your order.
EU - Shipping to the EU is £30.00. If your order exceeds a normal amount (quantity), we may have to contact you for a further shipping fee; we will contact you before we post your order. We are not responsible for Customs fees or Duty Tax, this is charged by your local government.
USA/Canada - We offer shipping to the US and Canada for £50.00-£70.00. If your order exceeds a normal amount(quantity). we may have to contact you for a further shipping fee we will contact you before we post your order.

If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside the United Kingdom your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country.
