4 out of 5 starsThe menus themselves were high quality and exactly as described, absolutely beautiful. However, I will say that the seller was not great at communication - almost 90% of the conversation was just auto-replies. I ordered the menus towards the end of March for an end of April wedding (knowing the shipping date was going to be the week beforehand) and when I messaged about the menus because they ended up coming later than the anticipated shipping arrival date, I never got a message back from the seller (again, only auto replies). It was my fault for ordering so late, so I don’t blame the seller for the timeline, but for a stressed-out bride who was looking at menus who were a few days beyond the projected arrival date, I would have appreciated an actual message from a person instead of an auto reply. Poor customer service overall.

5 out of 5 starsPurchased these for my wedding menu and couldn’t be happier! The paper is high quality and the print came out beautifully. Communication with the seller was easy and I was able to see a mock up of the design beforehand. Would definitely recommend!

They are exactly what I was hoping for and will be such a meaningful keepsake. The seller was amazing to work with and truly went above and beyond. They were on top of every detail and even reached out before shipping to confirm the order details to make sure everything was perfect. Their communication and attention to detail made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this shop!
