I love to make and create. I've been making these bobbles for my girls for years before being confident they were good enough to sell. I began selling bobbles in the spring of 2020 as an added help to keep me busy during lockdown.

Request a cancellation: before item has shipped
Payment
Once your payment is complete I will be notified of the sale, and within 3 working days (Monday - Friday) I will prepare and post your order.
You are able to cancel your order and receive a full refund before your order is dispatched. Once your order is dispatched I kindly ask that, should you wish to cancel your order, you return your order to me, in the condition in which it arrived (new and unused), within 14 days. Upon receipt of the items, and satisfactory inspection of their condition, I will issue the full refund.
Unless items are faulty, the cost of the return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded.
Shipping
Items are posted using Royal mail second class. Due to price rises from Royal mail (January 2021), and the current pandemic I didn't want to increase my prices to continue posting first class. I will review this by the spring 2021.
If your item arrives damaged please contact me with photos and we will take it from there.
