If your order shipped via the USPS does not arrive, and the tracking information has not been updated by the USPS after 21 days, I will offer a refund or replacement. Refunds will not be given on missing orders that show as successfully delivered within the USPS tracking system.

Dimensions are included in all product listings. Please check carefully before ordering so that you are not surprised by the actual size of your purchase.

If you made your purchase while signed in to your Etsy account: Your files are automatically available after your payment is processed. Please visit http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases to find the link to download your files.

If you purchased your files using Etsy Guest Checkout: You will receive an email containing a link to download your files after your payment is processed. Please check your spam folder if this email has not yet been received. If you cannot locate your files, please contact me, and I will make sure that you receive them.

My digital products were created for both personal and small commercial use (less than 500 products per design). You may use the artwork to create projects for yourself, customers, or clients. Permitted use includes personal projects, blogs, websites, graphic design, small business branding (not as a stand-alone logo), printed products for resale, digital products for resale (your files must be sold as flattened JPG or PDF files so my original artwork cannot be extracted by the end user), and educational products (TpT). You may use these designs to print fabric for personal use only (such as Spoonflower). For ALL small commercial use, you must use the graphics as part of a larger design that you add to. Credit not required but appreciated.

You may NOT give away, share, resell, or redistribute the digital paper or clip art directly or as part of a product where it can be extracted in its original form, such as collage sheets, scrapbook kits, clip art collections, etc. You may NOT claim copyright of these designs as your own. Friendly Tulip maintains copyright of all designs. Use of digital paper and clip art on print-on-demand platforms (such as Zazzle, Redbubble, Society6, Merch by Amazon, etc) is prohibited. You may NOT use these graphics for the creation of digital cutting files (such as SVGs) to sell commercially. For ALL uses, mass production is prohibited.
