It's a samsquanch keychain from leather. The art is made from a real human, from a small team selling just a few select items for people who want silly things like this. It's about as niche as it gets. Bought it for a motorcycle keychain so it doesn't damage the tank as it flaps in the wind. Leather has inclusions and imperfections which is normal for non synthetic material and adds to the charm.
