Hey there!
I'm a crafter of wearable art pieces, fine art, and curiosities. My work often falls into the category of oddities, with a touch of stream-of-consciousness style. I work at a fine art bronze foundry as a wax worker during the day, and have this passion for making art and capturing objects in nature on nights and weekends. I'm currently in the process of making a large scale sculpture that is to be cast in bronze!
All works are handmade from clay or were found objects in nature. I create delft clay sand castings and silicone molds. I cast my sculptures and found objects in pewter, tin, recycled aluminum, or brass. My process for the metal work involves sawing, filing, polishing, and sealing my original pieces by hand. I also draw, paint, and sculpt with clay and other mixed media materials.
