What is the process for shipping since many items are breakable?
Every piece of the order is individually wrapped with bubble wrap and paper. We usually double box glass and anything breakable and use lots of padding in between. Please also note that we may use recycled packing materials (including sturdy boxes) to keep shipping costs down.
What happens if our shop makes an acceptation for a return?
In certain circumstances we will consider a return. You must contact us within two days of order delivery and must ship the item back postmarked within four days of delivery. The original shipping cost will not be refunded and you will also be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please consider this before contacting us, since adding these two costs together may be substantial, and might not be cost effective for you. Thank you.

What happens if the item can't be delivered as requested
If you have special instructions we can add these to the shipping label (example: leave on porch; leave at back gate; deliver to front desk; etc.). If you have an error in the address you provided the package will probably be returned to us. (You will see this in the tracking info we send you.) You will be responsible to contact us and pay additional postage fees for the item to be delivered again. We will not cancel or refund the order but will hold the package for 60 days until you contact us with an updated address.
