What if I make a mistake in my custom order?
Please be sure to double-check your personalization details (especially the year) before submitting your order with us. We work very hard to ensure accuracy and a quick turnaround. If you have submitted your order and spot an error, let us know as soon as possible and we will amend your order if we have not already created your custom item. Due to the custom nature of personalized items, we are unable to replace shipped items that contain errors that were submitted with the order. If it is our error, we will happily make it right and replace your custom item.
Will I receive a proof?
In order to best serve our valued customers and offer the best experience possible in an expedited fashion, we do not send proofs before producing your personalized products. The only exception is in the cases of new or fully custom designs. However, we have a triple-check quality assurance process in place to ensure that the custom order we create for you exactly matches your personalization details provided to us. We also provide lots of examples in the listings to best show different applications and options and what they look like. As always, before submitting your order, please be sure to double check the spellings, year, and details for accuracy.
How do I order multiple items?
You can add each item to your cart before checking out. If you are ordering multiples of the same item, you can update the quantity once it's in the cart and use the personalization field or order notes section to provide details for each item.
What if I need items at the last minute?
We always do our very best to accommodate quick turnaround times when needed and possible. Please see the estimated arrival date for your order under the item description, which includes both production time + shipping time. If you need your items within a week's time, choose the shipping upgrade option when checking out for a faster delivery time AND let us know your in-hand date. Estimated delivery times for standard shipping are not guaranteed due to rare but possible snafus introduced by couriers (i.e. late, lost, or misdelivered items) - these instances are completely out of our control.
Do you create new designs on request?
While we love to create new custom designs (those that do not yet exist) when requested, it is not always possible without adequate heads up so that it can be scheduled into our workflow. Custom designs should be requested a minimum of 3 weeks before your in-hand date. Depending on the time of the year, we may not be able to take custom design orders and reserve the right to kindly decline at our discretion. New designs orders are limited to two iterations, meaning that you can review and request changes one time for a final, second iteration. If additional changes are requested after that, a design fee of $7 will be charged before the updates are made. Orders must be placed before designs are created. That said, ideas are always welcome!
