It looks great in Jason's wedding day hat!
My story and my mission.
I started my shop in 2009, making mostly pincushions and other little doo-dads. I made a few sales, but hadn't found my niche yet. About a year later, my college friend Kate asked me to make boutonnières for her wedding. After making them for her, I decided to put a few up in my shop to see if any other buyers would be interested. The idea took off and now I've made boutonnières, corsages, and bouquets for dozens of weddings.
When making my bouts (and other items), I try to be as responsible as possible and to be a good steward of resources, whether they be monetary, environmental, or material. For me, this means making most of my items from Eco-fi felt, a material made from 100% post-consumer plastic bottles. When possible, I also try to use vintage items and things that I already have. I get some of my new supplies from other Etsy sellers, in an attempt to support other small businesses when possible. When assembling my items, I try to waste as little material as possible. Most of my packing materials are reused. Waste not, want not.
It's my goal to provide the absolute best customer service possible. All of my items are fully customizable and I can work with you to find something that's just right for you and your love, regardless of budget, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or race.
As seen on TLC's Say Yes to the Dress and United With Love.
I've been an Etsy seller since 2009. I love helping people have a personal and authentic wedding in the most budget- and eco-concious way possible. I also write for my blog, Robin + Rose Design.

Due to the unpredictable nature of the mail, I can not be held responsible for lost items. However, the happiness of my customers is important to me, so if there is a problem, don't hesitate to contact me and we'll work it out.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is unpredictable and outside of my control. While customs numbers may provide some basic tracking assistance, I can not get regular tracking on international shipments. Therefore, once it leaves the States, I have no way of tracing it's whereabouts. Customs can hold items and/or search items, which may take EXTRA TIME. This is beyond my control and has nothing to do with my shop. Please allow for this extra potential time when purchasing. There may also be ADDITIONAL CHARGES to the BUYER incurred by customs. This also has nothing to do with me and I am not responsible for these additional costs.
In an attempt to be kind to the environment, plus to keep costs down for both the buyer and seller, I try to reuse packing material whenever possible. It may not be super beautiful, but it will always be well packed.
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS... if the "ship to" address on Etsy is different from the "ship to" address on PayPal, I will ship to the address on ETSY.
