INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
If you select the free standard shipping option at checkout please note this is not a tracked service and therefore we are unable to provide tracking information for these orders.
If you need your order to be tracked then please choose the relevant shipping upgrade at checkout.

**LOST ITEMS**
All items are shipped through Royal Mail and are not declared lost by the postal service until 28 business days after shipping. We can only offer refunds/replacements after this time.
Gift message
If you've chosen to add a gift message to your order then we'll print your message and include in the packaging when we ship your order.
Alternatively why not add a little extra to your order with one of our cool greeting cards. Check out the range under the 'Greeting Cards' section of our store.
Sizing details
Please see individual listings for exact sizing but we always recommend ordering a size larger if in any doubt. This is especially true when ordering custom/personalised items as these cannot be returned/exchanged.
It is up to our discretion to choose which brand of blank garment we use to fulfil an order.
Care instructions
Gaga Kidz clothing can be washed and washed, and... you get the idea. But like you we want your threads to continue to look as fresh as the day you got them!
When washing for the first time we recommend putting it through a cold or low heat wash (30 degrees). Wash inside out and hang to dry as soon as possible. Do not iron or bleach.

**RETURNS**
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of custom & personalised orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns.
Wrong address
Please take care to check your shipping address is correct as we are not responsible for orders posted to incorrectly given addresses.
Any extra costs caused by wrong addresses will be the customers. We do not accept any responsibility for re-issuing items sent out to any incorrect address unless the error is made by ourselves.
