A few words about our common Passion: LITHOTHERAPY

Lithotherapy refers to "stone therapy".
Its principle is very simple: by placing a stone on its skin or by wearing a jewel in natural stones with virtues appropriate to your ailments, the stone in question triggers on contact with the skin a singular vibratory resonance that stimulates organic minerals, relieving your pain and removing bodily dysfunctions.
Each mineral stone thus has specific virtues and makes it possible to regulate a part of your body, then to find its functional balance.

Lithotherapy has been used since the Middle Ages. The lapidaries of the time promoted it as a medical treatment and ensured that certain types of stones had magical powers. The people of ancient India considered the stones to have therapeutic virtues.
Nowadays, and for hundreds of years, traditional Tibetan and Mongolian medicine uses stone powder as a therapeutic solution.
Reinvented in the 1970s, Lithotherapy has been reborn thanks to certain therapists.
Today, Lithotherapy is used more and more in order to bring you daily well-being in general and to help you overcome the trials of life.

Lithotherapy helps fight against many ailments such as:
- stress, anxiety, loss of self-confidence,
- tiredness,
- joint pain,
- migraines,
- overweight, obesity,
- sleep disorders, insomnia, snoring,
- problems related to the menstrual cycle,
- heavy legs, blood circulation problems,
- tobacco and alcohol addictions,
And much more...

Mineral stones will simply have a positive effect on several disorders, whether physical, mental or emotional.
Each stone has its virtue and the assembly of certain stones guarantees you a combination of natural benefits.
However, be careful with certain associations because some minerals are not compatible.

Depending on the disorder you are experiencing, all you have to do is wear the appropriate stone, ideally in contact with the skin, either through a bracelet, necklace or pendant.
It is also possible to carry it in its rolled stone or pebble pocket.
After a few days, it will be necessary to clean your stone with mineral water, then to recharge it under the solar or lunar rays according to its nature.
You can also recharge it in a geode (sold in our shop).

Important note: the use of mineral stones should in no case replace a medical treatment but Lithotherapy will accompany you on a daily basis to relieve you.
