4 out of 5 starsI’ve purchased one of these before and LOVED it - the second one I bought seemed like the text was too big and the image was a little off-center. Otherwise super cute.

Hi Samantha! I'm so happy you LOVED your first mug! Also, so sorry you weren't completely satisfied with your second mug and left a 4 star review instead of contacting me directly first so I could attempt to resolve any issues. I use "snap in place" grids and a fixed template on all of my mugs so it's nearly impossible for any image or text to print too big or be placed a little off center--but anything is possible. :) Please, (next time) follow the Etsy guidelines and contact the shop owner (first) before leaving a less than stellar review. I always strive for perfection with all of my items and 100% customer satisfaction :)
