Where can I download the file after purchasing?
You'll receive a downloadable PDF files once you purchase your item(s).
☁︎ Etsy will send you a downloadable link to your email or you can go to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews on your Etsy account.
☁︎ If you don’t have an Etsy account, please purchase the digital download as a "Guest." The link to download your files is located in the receipt email that was sent to you after your purchase.
How do I edit my order?
☁︎ If you do not already have a Canva account, you can make one for FREE at www.canva.com.
☁︎ Access the Canva template by clicking "Edit Template" provided in the PDF that you’ll receive in your Etsy account or email once you've purchased the digital download.
☁︎ Customize your template with your party details.
☁︎ Download your template as a PDF, JPEG, or PNG for quick sharing or printing. (You can opt for PDF Print file type for a high resolution and crop mark & bleed options for your templates).
NOTE: Colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings.
Do you offer printing services?
I recommend visiting a professional print shop where you can receive expert advice and print quality prints. Should you wish to print at home, I include a free Printing Guide along with your purchase!
Can I request a custom order?
Yes! I'm happy to accommodate custom orders for your upcoming event. Feel free to send me a message with your preferences and we'll work together to create a tailored digital product for your event.
NOTE: You will be responsible for personalizing your custom order (updating with your own event details) after I create the template.
